What is a Forbidden Jutsu? A forbidden jutsu is a specific jutsu that the world has classified as "Too Powerful" and should be limited in some capacity. These are extremely powerful techniques that no normal shinobi is capable of using regularly.
Kinjutsu Point Cost Each Forbidden Jutsu will cost the user 1 Kinjutsu Point. However, the user must "Master" their Forbidden Jutsu before gaining their next Forbidden Jutsu, if they choose to have more than 1.
Obtaining a Forbidden Jutsu Each Forbidden Jutsu is obtained by performing a 2000 word roleplay on how the user came about learning the Forbidden Jutsu. Each Forbidden Jutsu may also have their own specific requirements added onto the 2000 word roleplay.

Effect: The user is able to generate Flying Thunder God Weapon Seals equal to their Intelligence. These Seals may be placed on either the user's weapon or on another character's weapon. These Seals will take up the weapon's Enchantment Slot. Performing the Seal of Confrontation and spending 3 Chakra, the user may instantly teleport directly to another seal -- whether this is towards the user's own weapon seal (if they threw a kunai behind a target, they can teleport straight to it) or if someone is out of the topic, they can teleport straight to it (regardless of distance). Doing so, in the latter, would make them leave the topic and they cannot be stopped. This movement cannot be detected by anyone that doesn't have Perception: X.
The user may also use this as a means of traveling instantly. They'll still need to follow travel rules (in terms of emptying RP slots) before they can instantly travel to a weapon with the Seal placed on it. However, the user will not have to wait nor go through gate entry/exit protocols for that village.
The user may not generate more Flying Thunder God Weapon Seals and must manually retrieve them.
A Rank Effect -- Flying Thunder God Seal Formula UXP Cost: 100 UXP
Effect: The user is capable of placing a Flying Thunder God Seal Formula upon a target by performing the Seal of Confrontation and then lightly touching the target, this will also cost 4 Chakra to apply. This Seal may only be removed by another member of the Flying Thunder God technique by using the A Rank Effect on them to overwrite the seal. This seal will also remain after the initial user's death. This will work similarly to a Flying Thunder God Seal, but will now apply to people with the Seal Formula placed upon them. This allows the user of the Flying Thunder God to use the Seal of Confrontation to instantly teleport next to the opponent by performing the Seal of Confrontation and spending 4 Chakra. Any attacks used after flying to your opponent cannot be tracked by anyone that doesn't have Perception: X. The follow-up attacks directly after appearing next to a target cannot have defensives protect the target. This effect will have a 5 post cooldown between use (otherwise, it'd be too overpowered)
S Rank Effect -- Flying Thunder God: Guiding Thunder UXP Cost: 200 UXP
Effect: The user is capable of erecting a Flying Thunder God Barrier upon performing 5 Handseals. Once a ranged attack (or any attack that isn't Melee Range) strikes the barrier, it is instantly sent to the location of another seal. This can be one of the previous 2 ranks seals. Yes, it will effect them in one of their RPs and it will be enforced. However, the stronger the jutsu this is transporting, the more jutsu it will cost. This will cost the user 5 Chakra plus the cost of the jutsu being sent away.
Jutsu Weakness: The user must keep track of where all of their seals are and the user must have a record of where all of their seals are (with links in your Character Sheet). The user must link where the Seal was performed every time they use it to that specific location. Due to the power of this technique, no jutsu may derive from this jutsu.
