What is a Jinchuuriki?
A Jinchuuriki is a shinobi or a person with a Bijuu sealed within them. The person is capable of interacting with the Bijuu within their "Soul Prison", capable of having conversations with their Bijuu that is sealed within them. By asking their Bijuu for power, the Jinchuuriki may tap into their abilities.

Kinjutsu Points (KP) Costs
Upon reaching B Class, the user is capable of obtaining a Kinjutsu if they have the Kinjutsu Specialization. Being a Jinchuuriki will cost the shinobi 2 KP.

Unsealing/Sealing Bijuu
Unsealing a Bijuu from a Jinchuuriki
If you are not an Uzumaki with at least B in Life Force, you will instantly die from a Bijuu being unsealed from you.
Bijuu Unsealing is an S Rank Fuinjutsu where a user may, in a roleplay, unseal a Bijuu from a Jinchuuriki. They are given 2 choices:
1) Immediately seal the Bijuu into another person, making them a Jinchuuriki.
2) Let the Bijuu free. The behavior of the Bijuu will depend on their relationship with the previous owner.
:: B Rank Relationship: This is if the previous Jinchuuriki only had a B-Rank relationship (just obtained the B Rank Base Ability). The Bijuu will run wild, causing complete destruction in it's wake.
:: A Rank Relationship: The Bijuu will run away.
:: S Rank Relationship: The Bijuu will attack the one who unsealed the Bijuu and freed it. If the previous Jinchuuriki is killed, it will aim to kill the one who lead towards the Jinchuuriki's death. Once avenged, the Bijuu will run away.

Sealing a Bijuu
This may only be performed if the Bijuu was unsealed and if the user has the S Rank Fuinjutsu Bijuu Sealing. This may also only be roleplayed out and cannot be performed in combat. Upon sealing this into another person, the recipient must have the Kinjutsu Specialization, otherwise the Bijuu being sealed will kill itself and the new Jinchuuriki.

Bijuu Death
A Bijuu have 2 methods of dying:
1) If the Jinchuuriki dies with the Bijuu still in them. Both the Jinchuuriki and the Bijuu will die.
2) If the Jinchuuriki uses Baryon Mode. After Baryon Mode has ran it's course, the Bijuu will die.

Upon the Bijuu dying, the Jinchuuriki will no longer benefit from their Bijuu and anything gained from the Bijuu will be erased from the user. The Jinchuuriki, however, may still have another Bijuu sealed within them -- however, the user must re-spend the EXP to build a relationship with their new Bijuu.

Custom Jinchuuriki Jutsu
A Jinchuuriki can make custom jutsu based around being a Jinchuuriki upon reaching S Class. These Jutsu will be of the Bijuu's Element. The user may only use these jutsu while under the effects of Bijuu Chakra Cloak v1, Bijuu Chakra Cloak v2, Bijuu Chakra Mode, and/or Baryon Mode.

The user had a Bijuu sealed within them and will attempt to interact with their Bijuu to take on some of their power.

B Class

Cost: 100 UXP
The shinobi and the Bijuu are on rocky grounds with one another. Neither trusts the other, but they both have an understanding that if the host dies, they both die. The shinobi may enter the "Soul Prison" and beg their Bijuu for assistance.
Effect: The shinobi gains:
:: Jinchuuriki Elemental: Their Bijuu's Ninjutsu Element will be treated, as if, the user has this element as a Specialization.. The user will be capable of creating custom Elemental Ninjutsu and will gain all benefits from having a Specialization with this Ninjutsu Element.
:: The user gains access to their Bijuu's Chakra Cloak v1. The user must learn this like any other jutsu.

A Class

Cost: 200 UXP
The shinobi and their Bijuu now have a more firm understanding of one another, getting a feeling of what they can allow with one another. While they may not still trust each other, they now have a full understanding that they need each other in order to survive. The user may not tap into their power as a Jinchuuriki at will without requesting assistance from their Bijuu.
Effect: The shinobi gains:
:; Bijuu Chakra: The user now gains access to the Bijuu's Chakra Pool. The user gains a second Chakra Pool called "Bijuu Chakra". This Chakra Pool starts at 0 BCP (Bijuu Chakra Points) requiring the user to spend 10 UXP per 10 BCP. The user's BCP caps out at 50% of the user's maximum Chakra Points. BCP cannot be harmed by attacks that harm chakra. BCP may not be used on Maintenance Costs unless the jutsu's Chakra Cost came out of their BCP. BCP may not be regenerated during battle.
:: The user gains access to their Bijuu's Chakra Cloak v2. The user must have already learned Bijuu's Chakra Cloak v1 in order to learn v2. The user must learn this like any other jutsu.

S Class

Cost: 300 UXP
The shinobi and their Bijuu now fully trust one another with the Bijuu now entrusting the shinobi with their true name. The Shinobi and their Bijuu will no longer be underhanded with one another and will now work towards bettering one another, even with the Bijuu interfering on behalf of their shinobi. When the shinobi requires their Bijuu's power, they will unlock the 'Soul Prison' and allow their Bijuu to be free, granting the user immense power.
Effect: The shinobi gains:
:: Bijuu Casting: The Bijuu's Ninjutsu Element will now no longer require the user to perform handseals. It will still take the same amount of time to perform, but no handseals are required
:: The user gains access to Bijuu Chakra Mode. The user must have already learned Bijuu's Chakra Cloak v2 in order to learn Bijuu Chakra Mode.

Requirement
The user is required to have gained access to Jinchuuriki. Upon being given approval, the user MUST create a Custom Bijuu and have it approved prior to being able to use Jinchuuriki.

Template Explanation
:: Bijuu Name: This is self-explanatory. This is what your Bijuu is called. But this isn't their True Name.
:: Bijuu True Name: This will only be learned upon reaching S Class. Only those close with the Bijuu will learn the true name of their Bijuu.
:: Bijuu Type: Basically, what type of animal or creature is your Bijuu? Is it a Frog? Is it a Bull Octopus? Is it a giant bird?
:: Bijuu Element: May only be one of the standard Ninjutsu Elements. The user will be treated as having this Specialty and will be able to create jutsu of this type -- unless their Bijuu is ripped from them.
:: Bijuu Special Ability: This is a special ability that only your Bijuu will have access to. This will require a bit of creating and these abilities will be personalized to the Jinchuuriki and only usable during Bijuu Chakra Cloak v1, Bijuu Chakra Cloak v2, Bijuu Chakra Mode, and Baryon Mode. This special ability will be passive in nature, will require approval, and (if the staff believes it's over powered) will request it to be re-balanced if necessary.
:: Bijuu Stats: These stats are primarily only if the Bijuu has been unsealed and have been let free. All Bijuu will be treated as X Class creatures and given 3350 UXP to pour into stats. Like shinobi, each Bijuu's stats start at D Rank and must be increased that way.
:: Soul Prison Appearance: This is where your Bijuu is being held and sealed. Each Soul Prison may appear different, but this will be the cage that your Bijuu will be placed in. Use your imagination and let it roam wild as this place is in, literally, a realm of imagination.
:: Bijuu Appearance: What does your Bijuu look like within the 'Soul Prison' and during Bijuu Transformation
:: Bijuu Personality: What does your Bijuu act like?
:: Bijuu History: Was your Bijuu previously sealed within another person or were they out roaming freely and then got imprisoned within the user?
